How Does It Work?

Your guests are directed to your hotel’s custom MGI web page or to a telephone/text number where they can submit their inquiry. Once the guest completes their inquiry via their preferred method of choice, they will receive an email notification where they can track the progress of their inquiry. This prevents multiple phone calls between staff and the guest.

What's Next?

Once the guest enters an inquiry into the MGI system, the accounting department and front desk are notified via e-mail, text or phone call and can process the request online with minimal guest contact while still providing excellent guest service. The system tracks all communication between the guest and the property and will automatically contact the guest if more information is needed. MGI allows multiple associates to process the same inquiry and make updates while being seamless to the guest
